Examining biogeochemical transport through branching channels in the Salish Sea using Lagrangian tracking and model manipulation of 3-dimensional numerical model, SalishSeaCast. I’m specifically looking at the transport through Haro Strait, San Juan Channel, and Rosario Strait and trying to determine what controls the exchange through these restricted straits.
